This Site is an event planning website that provides vendor related information to prospective event planners. Our services are only available through our website, www.saukah.com. As an aggregation platform, this Site merely serves as a conduit between potential event planners and vendors. We are not responsible for any interactions, bookings, or transactions that are made between members.

By using the Site, whether as a “Event Planner” or “Vendor” you signify your acceptance of the following Terms & Conditions (Agreement). If you do not agree to this Agreement, please do not use this website. We reserve the right to amend this Agreement from time to time without notice. All modified terms and conditions to this Agreement shall take effect immediately after posting to the website. We encourage you to review this page periodically because any changes will be binding on you.

We urge you to review your material before publishing to our website. Only information for which you have COPYRIGHT or permission is allowed to be published or submitted under this Agreement. In order to avoid legal liability, it is your obligation to make sure you have adequate rights to the content you are publishing or uploading. Saukah takes no liability for your actions.

Eligibility

• The minimum age to use our Site is 18 years old. By using this Site, users agree that they are over 18 years old. We do not assume any legal responsibility for false statements about age.
• By using Saukah.com you represent and warrant that you have the right, authority, and capacity to fully abide by all of the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
• By using Saukah.com, you agree to provide us with accurate, complete information about yourself and to update this information as needed. You will be responsible for any and all activity on your account.

Guarantee

• We use techniques to help verify the identity of Vendor Members when they register for memberships on our website. However, we are unable to and do make any guarantees regarding the legitimacy or competence of any service provider.
• We hold the right to terminate any account that violates the terms outlined in this agreement. Termination is at Saukah's discretion, we have the right to do this at any time without warning or notice to you.

User Contributions

As a user of our Site, you may post the following information:

• Photos;
• Videos;
• Public Comments;
• Vendor Reviews;
• Services Offered.

Accounts

By creating an account on our Site, you are solely responsible for your account and the security and privacy of your account, including passwords or sensitive information attached to that account.

Prohibited Activities

As a user of our Site, you agree to use our Site legally, not to use our Site for illegal purposes, and not to:

• Harrass or mistreat others use of our Site;
• Violate the rights of other users of our Site;
• Hack into the account of another user of the Site;
• Act in any way that could be considered fraudulent;
• Post any material that may be deemed inappropriate or offensive;
• Create or use accounts under other people’s name;
• Create multiple accounts;
• Impersonate another person or business;
• Use the website to violate the law or any other applicable rules, to incite others to do so, or to provide guidance on how to do so;

• Conduct any kind of promotion, contest, or sweepstakes without publishing official rules and abiding by the Laws;
• Collect or harvest information about website users, by any means;
• Use information on the website to send unsolicited emails to users or vendors;
• Do anything that interferes with or places an undue burden on Saukah (as We determine in our sole discretion);
• Violate any terms of this Agreement.

Event Planner

• You represent and own the content posted by you on Saukah.com
• Saukah does not claim any ownership rights in the text, files, images, photos, video, sounds, or any other materials that you publish on our website.
• Saukah is not liable for any violation of Copyright or Intellectual Property in any manner whatsoever. The liability falls solely on the user posting.
• Saukah merely serves as a conduit between potential event planners and vendors. We are not responsible for the actions or inactions on the end of Vendors.

Vendors

• You represent and own the content posted by you on Saukah.com
• All personal information you provide to us through your account is up to date, accurate, and truthful and you will update your information if it changes
• Saukah does not claim any ownership rights in the text, files, images, photos, video, sounds, or any other materials that you publish on our website.
• Saukah is not liable for any violation of Copyright or Intellectual Property in any manner whatsoever. The liability falls solely on vendor posting.
• Saukah shall not be liable if a vendor uploads content on the website and a different vendor or any other third party violates that content. We encourage placing a watermark on your images to deter infringement. Saukah does not assume liability for any content protection.
• Saukah merely serves as a conduit between potential event planners and vendors. We are not responsible for the actions or inactions on the end of Users.

Services

As an aggregation platform, our Site serves as a directory and aggregation platform for event planners to connect with vendors and for vendors to promote their business. Additionally, our Site provides a community for members to share discussions, experiences, reviews, and tips for event planning. We are not held liable for any blog posts, tips, tricks, reviews, or experiences that are shared on the Site. All tips and suggestions should be used at your own risk.

Saukah and our directors, officers, agents, employees, subsidiaries, and affiliates will not be liable for any claims, losses, actions, damages, liabilities and expenses including legal fees from your use of the Site.

Event Planners

All information, descriptions, or images that are posted on our Site are done so at the discretion of Vendors. We cannot guarantee the accuracy of all services provided or the validity of vendor reviews. Event Planners agree to contact vendors from our Site at their own risk. It is up to event planners to do their research prior to soliciting and booking services from vendors.

Vendors

When you connect with event planners to provide a potential service, you are doing so at your own discretion and risk. We are not responsible for any actions or inactions by event planners or for any inquiries made through the Site.

Community Posts - Blog Posts & Vendor Reviews

Blog posts are intended to be suggestions, tips, and tricks for event planners and vendors. Opinions expressed in blog posts are those of the author and do not represent those of the company. Users have the opportunity to share their experiences, suggestions, and comments using the blog post feature. Event Planners can also express their experiences with Vendors using the Vendor Reviews function. It is up to users to act on content and comments at their own risk and discretion. We will not be held responsible for any damages, losses, claims, actions, or liabilities and expenses incurred from your usage of said information posted on blogs or based on vendor reviews. We will not be held responsible for any reviews left by Event Planners on Vendor Profiles.

• Do not post any offensive comments or material;
• Treat others with respect at all times;
• Please report offensive material;
• Inappropriate content will be removed;
• You are responsible for all messages and content you post on the site.

Our Site may contain links to third party websites or services that we do not own or control. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies or practices of any third party sites or services linked on our Site. It is your responsibility to read the terms and conditions and privacy policies of these third party websites prior to using them and to ensure that these websites are safe prior to accessing them. The user will be solely responsible for any damage to computer systems or loss of data that may result from accessing external links.

Vendor Inquiries/Chat Function

As part of our Site, Event Planners may use the chat function to send inquiries to Vendors. All initial inquiries to vendors will require Saukah Admin approval prior to being sent to Vendors. After initial approval, Event Planners and Vendors are free to connect as they choose, but the chat will continue to be visible by Saukah. We reserve the right to, but not the obligation, to monitor the content of the chat and to decline inquiries based on our sole discretion. By using the chat function, you consent to having the chat visible to and monitored by Saukah.

Users of the chat function acknowledge and agree that any material distributed or downloaded via chat is done at their own risk. We do not assume any responsibility for materials distributed using the chat function or the Site. The user will be solely responsible for any damage to computer systems or loss of data that may result from the distribution or download of such materials.

We are not held responsible for any services booked or procured through the use of our chat function or the Site. Users of the Site and chat acknowledge and agree that any bookings or communication made through the use of the chat function is at the user's own discretion and risk, and the user will be solely responsible for any issues pertaining to procuring or delivering services.
